# BucketWise Intelligent MCCs (demo)

> Demo store for intelligent, networked Allen-Bradley CENTERLINE 2100 style motor control centers, an AIPhoundry test product. Not for sale.

Intelligent MCC lineups, laid out and priced with the quote.

List your motors, drives, overrides and fault current. BucketWise packs the buckets by space factor, sizes the horizontal and vertical bus and bracing, checks spacing, heat and harmonics, plans the EtherNet/IP rings and writes the PLC program. The lineup is built and UL 845 listed by its maker; we engineer, test and commission it. This page runs on synthetic test data: nothing is for sale and no lineup ships.

This site works for AI agents as well as people. Everything below is public: no account or API key is needed to use it.

## Ordering as an AI agent

1. Check first: `POST https://mcc.aiphoundry.com/api/store/orders` with `{"product_id", "quantity", "dry_run": true}`. Nothing is written; the answer says whether it can be ordered now, the total in cents, and what stops it.
2. Place it: the same call without `dry_run`, with `email`, `ship_to` ({name, line1, line2?, city, region?, postal_code, country}) and an `Idempotency-Key` header. Retrying with the same key returns the same order, never a second one.
3. Pay without a person: add `"payment": {"token": "spt_..."}`, a Stripe shared payment token your user granted you for this seller. Without a token, the answer has `payment.checkout_url` for a person to pay.
4. Keep the returned `token`: `GET /api/store/orders/{order_id}?token=...` follows the order.

Limits for agents on this store: up to $500.00 an order, $2,000.00 a day in all, and 20 units at a time.

Payments are not switched on yet: orders can be checked with `dry_run` but not placed.

Every unit is built by the founder's manufacturer from a design revision that a named engineer signed off, locked to that revision when the order is paid.

## API

- [OpenAPI description](https://mcc.aiphoundry.com/.well-known/openapi.json): every public call, with its fields
- [MCP server](https://mcc.aiphoundry.com/api/mcp): Streamable HTTP; tools get_store, get_product, preview_order, place_order, get_order
- [Store as JSON](https://mcc.aiphoundry.com/api/store): the site and its products, prices in cents

## Optional

- Can I order one? Not yet. This is a demo of the AIPhoundry flow with synthetic test results; quote requests are recorded but no lineup will be built.
- Who builds and lists the MCC? The maker, through an authorized distributor, under UL 845. We configure it, write the application program, set up the network, run the integrated factory acceptance test and commission it. Nobody changes the bus or structure after it ships.
- What happens when the network goes down? Each unit in Auto does what you chose for it: stop, hold its last speed, or go to a preset speed. Hand and Local run through hardwired contacts, so every motor can still be run or stopped from its door.
- What is outside the range? Drives above 500 hp at 480 V or 250 hp at 600 V, more than 100 kA, medium voltage, 690 V, back-to-back, arc-resistant, outdoor or seismic-certified lineups. Those go to an engineer as an engineered request.
- How is the price set? From the parts and engineering hours of the package generated for your request, at a 30% margin. Reference lineups: small (5 sections) about $264,000; mid (12 sections, 10 drives) $799,000; large (21 sections, 22 drives to 500 hp) about $1,826,000.
